We do not collect personal data from users. The app does not require account registration, and it does not upload user content or processing results to our servers.

If a user chooses to open or process content in the app, that content is accessed locally on the user's device only for the purpose of providing the user-requested functionality.

2. Face Data

Some user-selected content may contain a face. If face data is present in content processed by the app, that face data is processed solely on the user's device and only as necessary to provide the functionality requested by the user.

Face data is not retained by us.

We do not collect face data, we do not transmit face data to any server, and we do not maintain any database of face data.

3. Reasons for Storing Face Data

We do not store face data on our servers or in any developer-controlled system.

During processing, content that may contain face data can be held temporarily in on-device memory or temporary local app storage only as technically necessary to complete the user-requested operation. This temporary handling exists only so the app can access the selected content, perform local processing, and generate the result.

4. Length of Time Face Data Is Stored

Face data is not retained after processing is completed.

• Temporary in-memory data exists only for the duration of the active processing session and is cleared when processing finishes, the content is closed, or the app is terminated by the system or the user.
• If the user chooses to save the resulting output, that saved file is stored only on the user's device or in a storage location chosen and controlled by the user.
• We do not keep any separate copy of face data after processing, and we do not store face data indefinitely.

This limited retention period is used because temporary storage is technically necessary to complete local processing, while any longer retention is unnecessary for the app's functionality.

5. Sharing of Face Data With Third Parties

We do not share face data with third parties.

Specifically, we do not send face data to:

• our own servers;
• cloud processing providers;
• analytics providers;
• advertising networks; or
• data brokers or other external partners.

6. Reasons for Sharing Face Data With Third Parties

We do not share face data with third parties, so there is no third-party sharing purpose.

7. Third-Party Storage of Face Data

Because we do not share face data with third parties, no third party receives face data from us for storage.

If the user independently chooses to save content or output to a service outside of this app, such as a cloud storage service enabled on the user's device, that storage is controlled by the user and the relevant service provider, not by this app or us.

8. Data Security

Since processing is performed locally on the device and no face data is transmitted to us, the privacy risk is reduced compared with cloud-based processing. Any temporary processing data remains on the device and is used only to provide the requested functionality.

9. Children's Privacy

This app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page.
