TiMark Privacy Policy

TiMark watermarks your photos and videos entirely on your device. Your photos and videos are never uploaded. There is no account and no ads.

Your Photos and Videos

Photos and videos you choose are processed only on your device. Watermarked copies are saved to your photo library or shared only where you choose, and your originals are never changed. We never receive your photos, videos or anything in them, including their location or camera details.

Your Watermarks and Brand Kit

Your watermark designs and brand kit (such as your name, logos, signature and fonts) are stored on your device. If you turn on iCloud sync, they are kept in your own private iCloud account, which we cannot access.

Usage Statistics and Crash Reports

To fix bugs and improve the app, TiMark sends anonymous usage statistics and crash reports through Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics). These cover which features and export settings are used, how many items are exported, processing times, errors, crash details and basic device information such as the model, system version and memory size.

They never include your photos, videos, file names, watermark text, brand kit or anything read from your photos. They are not linked to your identity, not used for advertising and not used to track you. Google handles this data under the Firebase privacy terms.

Purchases and Downloads

Purchases are handled by Apple; we never receive your payment details. The invisible watermark models are downloaded from Apple's servers when you choose to use that feature.

Children

TiMark does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
