Aether Duel Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We (the developer) do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information through Aether Duel.

The game does not require account registration and does not ask for personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or payment information.

2. Gameplay and Device Data

Aether Duel does not send gameplay activity, match history, deck choices, device identifiers, diagnostics, or usage analytics to us.

Any settings or progress saved by the game are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

3. Third-Party Advertising — Google AdMob

Aether Duel uses Google AdMob, a mobile advertising service provided by Google LLC, to offer rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are entirely optional: the game will never show an ad automatically. You must actively choose to watch an ad in exchange for an in-game reward.

When you choose to watch a rewarded ad, AdMob may collect certain information to serve and measure that ad, which may include:

• Advertising identifier (IDFA)
• IP address and coarse location derived from it
• Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, reward completions)

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us. Google's use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's advertising settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).

If you do not watch any rewarded ads, AdMob does not serve ads and its data collection is not triggered.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any personal data with third parties. Any data associated with ad serving is collected directly by Google AdMob under its own privacy policy, as described in Section 3.

5. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because AdMob is integrated into the game, users must be of the age required by applicable law to consent to data processing in their region. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has been exposed to advertising data collection through this game, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
